Covers the western region and oversees literacy programs in the western Algerian provinces.

Provincial Annex - Constantine

Serves the eastern region and coordinates continuing education programs in eastern provinces.

Provincial Annex - Setif

Regional center for the High Plateaus, providing integrated adult education programs.
